Meet Nijah Wilson, the dynamic founder of Pathways to Discovery, a non-profit dedicated to providing transformative travel experiences for underserved youth. As a child, Nijah's dreams of exploring distant lands were often limited by financial barriers, but their unwavering love for travel fueled a vision to make those dreams a reality for others. Today, through Pathways to Discovery, Nijah is bridging gaps and creating opportunities for young people to discover new cultures, broaden their perspectives, and ignite their own passions. Nijah’s journey from dreamer to advocate embodies the belief that travel should be a gateway, not a luxury, and they are committed to ensuring that every young person has the chance to see the world.

Our history
In 2024, Nijah Wilson established Pathways to Discovery with a passionate vision to bridge the gap between underprivileged children and the world of opportunities that travel can offer. Recognizing that exposure to diverse cultures and experiences can profoundly impact young lives, Nijah set out to create a platform that would make these experiences accessible to those who need them most.
